PURPOSE AND LEGAL
BASIS OF PROCESSING		The personal data collected are necessary for the purposes of establishing and managing the
contractual relationship, particularly for the management of tax and accounting obligations
as required by law.
The legal basis is Article 6, letter b) and letter c) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
RECIPIENTSPersonal data will be processed, both in paper and electronic format, by INC Ltd. and/or by
external entities that may carry out tasks on behalf of INC: professionals, shipping companies, and other entities as required by law.
LOCATION OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE PERIOD All data processing will take place in Italy.

The data will be retained for a maximum period of 10 (ten) years from the establishment of
the contractual relationship or the issuance of the accounting document, while respecting
your right to obtain the deletion or limitation of the data at any time, provided this does not
conflict with a specific legal obligation.
NATURE OF DATA PROVISIONThe provision of data is mandatory, and without it, it will not be possible to establish any contractual relationship.

  • Access to data: the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller that there is ongoing processing of personal data concerning the data subject and the following information: the purpose of the processing, categories of data concerned, recipients to
    whom the data will be disclosed, the envisaged period of storage.
  • Rectification: obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning the data subject.
  • Erasure: obtain the erasure of personal data if one or more reasons stated in Article 17 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 exist;
  • Restriction of processing: in the cases provided for in Article 18 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (contesting the accuracy of personal data or if the processing is unlawful);
  • Data portability: the right to receive personal data in a common format;
  • Object: to the processing of personal data at any time;
  • Withdraw consent for one or more specific purposes.
