Rome 06/04/2020 – INC collects several nominations for the 2020 edition of the EMEA SABRE AWARDS, the international PR Oscars promoted by the editorial group Holmes Report (from this year PRovoke Media). INC brings in the final 5 PR campaigns realized for Barilla, Heineken, Unione Italiana Food and UNHCR. An extraordinary international result for the Rome- based agency that rewards not only INC’s creativity and “content first” approach, but also the whole Italian PR industry that brings home a significant record: it is the first time in the history of the Sabre Awards that an Italian agency brings 5 ​​communication campaigns to the final.

A curiosity: the news of the 5 nominations arrives on the occasion of Carbonara Day, the social event dedicated to one of the symbols of the Italian Way of Life and that INC created 4 years ago for Unione Italiana Food and IPO – International Pasta Organization. Today the initiative is one of the finalists in the “social media” category of the Sabre Awards. But here are the details of the nominations, category by category, for the 5 INC campaigns that the 68 jurors of the Sabre have selected among the 2,400 who participated in this year’s edition:

  • The #letsputonyourhead campaign for UNHCR and “Back for good” for Ichnusa are both finalists in the category for the best PR campaign in the Mediterranean area.
  • The campaign created for Barilla on the occasion of the launch of the new Biscocrema Pan di Stelle is one of the 5 finalists in the consumer marketing category.
  • #carbonaraday, the social event created by INC for the Unione Italiana Food and IPO is a finalist in the “social media” category, while the launch of the Carta del Mulino for Barilla received the nomination in the Corporate Media Relations category.

The winning campaigns of the EMEA SABRE AWARDS 2020 will be announced on May 28, in a virtual award ceremony (the live event scheduled in Paris has in fact been cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic).
